Friendly staff, great cafeteria workers with lots of good humour, they were very friendly and helpfull. Even with minor set backs the staff were respectfull. I really recommend this hotel and my stay was deluxe, it had amazing view over the city and the swim pool was good place to be. Also workers at the gym/swim area were nice. I recommend this hotel for every Europian, it has subway/metro station near by for easy travels and location for most sightsee was close by.

MRT Lat Phrao is located just outside of the hotel, so you have great access to the public transport. Also easy to get bolt/grab, waiting time is less than 5 minutes. Have massage spa and meni pedi spas within walking distance.
